I can't quite put my finger on why this is such an emotional issue for me, but I'm really happy that Endeavour landed safely. Maybe it's because the Challenger explosion was the first major tragedy I was really clued into. Also I always wanted to be a spaceman when I grew up.

The young uns today will never understand. Our generation grew up automatically assuming that a space shuttle will blow up. It's how we did it in our day!
