I have friends in Cleveland who's 8 or so year old son went as GWB, just so he could say the line, "I'm George Bush, the scariest thing of all!" at every house. It seems they live in a very good neighborhood for that kind of thing and apparently he was a mini-celebrity for the night.
They then stole his idea and went to a Halloween party as George and Laura in 1977 so they not only got decked out in full polyester, but "George" made his costume a full performance piece, getting drunker and more coked-out as the evening went on. Very popular with the crowd, they say.
